How to get support

LightPupil LMS includes 6 months of free support under LightPupil support policies. You can get support through our CRM at this link.
After login to the “Licenses” menu and add your purchased product using the item purchase code. You can get the item purchase code from your Codecanyon panel.
Once your verification code is registered, you will be able to send support tickets from the “Support” menu.
New cloud version licenses can cover unlimited support based on the agreement. That includes content update, maintenance, backup and troubleshoot.
